LibreMax and TowerBrook form CAVU

LibreMax Capital and TowerBrook Capital Partners have formed CAVU Investment Partners. The new company will invest in the equity tranches of new CLOs managed by Trimaran Advisors LLC, LibreMax's CLO management platform.
