Life Technologies Completes AcroMetrix Purchase
Life Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq: LIFE) has completed its previously-announced acquisition of AcroMetrix, a Benicia, Calif.-based provider of controls and standards for molecular diagnostics tests. No financial terms were disclosed. AcroMetrix has raised a small amount of VC funding from Telegraph Hill Partners, and was advised on the sale by Covington Associates.
