Lightview recaps Metova

Lightview Capital has recapitalized Franklin, Tennessee-based Metova Inc, a provider of outsourced mobile application development services. No financial terms were disclosed. Lightview's co-investors in the transaction were Harbert Management Corporation and Eagle Private Capital. Also, Tim Murray, an operating adviser at Lightview, will join Metova's board of directors.
