Lumenpulse closes $100 mln IPO
Lumenpulse announced this week that it has closed its previously announced initial public offering with total proceeds of approximately $100 million. Based in Montreal, Lumenpulse is a designer and manufacturer of LED-based lighting fixtures and was previously venture-backed by Fonds de solidarité FTQ.
