Lynx Equity buys kitchenware products importer Port-Style Enterprises

Canadian private equity firm Lynx Equity has acquired Port-Style Enterprises Inc. The financial terms of the transaction were not published. With headquarters in Toronto, the company is an importer and distributor of kitchenware and houseware products. Update: The acquisition of Port-Style Enterprises is the Toronto-based Lynx Equity's ninth deal to date in 2014.
