M31 Capital's Morpheus General Partner rolls out initial qualified opportunity zone fund
Morpheus General Partner, an affiliate of M31 Capital, a real estate investment firm, has launched its inaugural qualified opportunity zone fund. No financial terms were disclosed. Morpheus 1 will invest in designated opportunity zones in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. These opportunity zones include off-market multi-family housing, mixed-use properties, empty or neglected apartment buildings and unoccupied offices.
