Marlin Equity merges LogicBlox with Predictix

Marlin Equity Partners said Wednesday it merged LogicBlox with Predictix and completed a growth equity investment in the companies. Financial terms weren’t announced. LogicBlox, of Atlanta, is a database provider while Predictix, also of Atlanta, offers cloud-based retail applications.
