Massive Interactive to explore strategic alternatives
Massive Interactive Inc. said Thursday that its board has authorized it to explore a full range of strategic alternatives, including a significant equity investment, a recapitalization of the equity of the company or a strategic combination. Scura Paley Securities LLC is financial advisor. In 2013, Southport Lane Management acquired a majority of Massive Interactive, provides platform software and design for multi-screen entertainment.
