Mayer Brown recruits Woll to beef up PE practice
International law firm Mayer Brown has hired Robert Woll as a partner in the corporate & securities practice and the fund formation & investment management group. In his new role, Woll, who will be based in Hong Kong, will work with private equity funds and institutional investors across the Asia-Pacific region. Previously, Woll worked at Deacons where he served as a partner in that firm’s financial services practice group.
