MCR and BLT has gathered $647.5 mln for 53 hotels
MCR and Building and Land Technology have secured $647.5 million in financing for 53 hotels. Bank of America led the financing which also included Wells Fargo. Of the hotel portfolio, 33 carry Marriott brands while 20 properties operate under Hilton brands.
