Medical Properties trust to buy Capella Healthcare for $900 mln

Medical Properties Trust Inc. has agreed to buy Capella Healthcare Inc. for $900 million cash. GTCR is the seller. Franklin, Tennessee-based Capella owns and/or operates acute care and specialty hospital facilities in six states.
