Michael Baker PIK a quick dividend for DC Capital

DC Capital Partners made the most of the grab for yield in the junk bond market, selling a $150 million payment-in-kind (PIK) toggle note for engineering and consulting firm Michael Baker that will pay it a dividend less than six months after buying the company.
