Micro Focus to buy The Attachmate Group in all-share deal-Reuters

British mainframe computer specialist Micro Focus International is to buy privately-owned U.S. rival The Attachmate Group Inc in an all-share deal valuing the firms' combined capital and debt at $2.35 billion (1.45 billion pounds), Reuters reported.
