Microsoft buys VC-backed Acompli
Microsoft has acquired San Francisco-based mobile email solutions provider Acompli, the latter confirmed in a blog post on its site. No financial terms were disclosed. Acompli's backers included Felicis Ventures, Harrison Metal and Redpoint Ventures. To read the announcement, visit here.
