Mill Road Capital to sell Go Veggie to GreenSpace Brands

GreenSpace Brands Inc said Dec. 20 that it agreed to buy Galaxy Nutritional Foods Inc, which owns the Go Veggie brand, for $17.8 million. Mill Road Capital is the seller. Go Veggie is a cheese alternative brand sold in grocery retailers and food chains in the United States. Financo Inc advised Galaxy and Mill Road.
