Miller joins IAC as president and CEO

International Automotive Components Group said Monday that Robert “Steve” Miller is joining the firm as its president, CEO and director effective Aug. 7. Miller joins IAC on July 20. He succeeds James Kamsickas, who has resigned as president, CEO and director, effective August 6. Kamsickas will become the president and CEO of Dana Holding Corp. IAC is a portfolio company of WL Ross & Co.
