Minella Capital Management to buy W.E. Donoghue & Co.
Minella Capital Management LLC has agreed to buy a majority of W.E. Donoghue & Co. Financial terms weren’t announced. Norwood, Massachusetts-based W.E. Donoghue is a registered investment advisor specializing in tactical strategies with over $1.6 billion in client assets. Silver Lane Advisors LLC served as financial advisor to W.E. Donoghue & Co., and Alston & Bird LLP acted as legal counsel. Finn Dixon & Herling LLP acted as legal counsel to MCM.
