MiRagen Therapeutics raises $41 mln

MiRagen Therapeutics said Tuesday it raised $41 million in Series C financing co-led by MRL Ventures and JAFCO Co. Ltd. New investors Brace Pharma Capital and MP Healthcare Venture Management took part in the round, which also included participation from existing investors Atlas Venture, Boulder Ventures, Remeditex Ventures, Amgen Ventures and others. Boulder, Colorado-based miRagen is a biopharmaceutical company developing microRNA-based therapeutics.
