Mizuho Securities USA hires head of equity capital markets
Mizuho Securities USA has hired Derek Dillon as managing director and head of equity capital markets. Dillon will focus on the expansion of Mizuho Securities USA's equity capital market business. Dillon most recently worked as co-head of capital markets and syndicate at Plural Investments, where he led the global capital markets business. Prior to that, Dillon worked as co-head of Equity Capital Markets at Banc of America Securities.
