Momentum Invest raises €110m

The Paris-based private equity firm closes debut fund above target.

Momentum Invest has held the final close of Momentum Invest I at €110.15 million, after only ten months on the road. The fund had an initial target of €100 million and held two interim closes in June and July. It invests in high potential French SMEs, operating in the services market.

Approximately 30 percent of the capital raised came from private investors and 70 percent from institutional investors such as the EIF and Bpifrance.

Jasmin Capital acted as the placement agent for the fund.
