Monomoy Capital Partners has acquired the assets and operations of plastics injection molding company Moll Ramos from Moll Industries Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. Monomoy has merged Moll Ramos into plastic injection and extrusion platform company Fortis Plastics LLC.
