Monroe backs Frontenac's acquisition of TPC and Jade Learning

Monroe Capital LLC provided a senior credit facility to support Frontenac's acquisition of TPC Training and Jade Learning. No financial terms were disclosed. TPC Training provides maintenance, repair, and operator training solutions while Jade Learning offers continuing education training for the electrical code, electrical safety and security alarm segments.
