Monroe Backs TEAM's buyout of AmeriBest
Monroe Capital has provided a senior credit facility to back TEAM Services' acquisition of AmeriBest, a Philadelphia-based home care agency. No financial terms were disclosed. TEAM is backed by Alpine Investors while AmeriBest is a portfolio company of Boyne Capital.
