Monroe Capital backs Clearlake's buy of Dude Solutions
Monroe Capital said June 20 that it acted as administrative agent on a $260 million loan to back Clearlake Capital Group’s buy of Dude Solutions Inc. Other lenders include BlackRock Capital Investment Advisors LLC, as well as Owl Rock Capital, and Vista Credit Partners.
