Morgan Lewis hires Tim Corbett in London
Morgan Lewis has hired Tim Corbett as a partner in its business and finance practice in London. Corbett, who was previously in the corporate practice group of another large international law firm in London, focuses on public and private equity and debt offerings, M&A and venture capital financings. He works with companies in the life sciences, technology and media sectors, including in biotechnology, Internet, e-commerce and digital media, as well as semiconductor design and manufacturing.
