Morningside Venture backs InCarda
San Francisco-based InCarda Therapeutics Inc, which focuses on developing treatments for acute cardiovascular conditions, has closed over $5 million in Series A funding. The lead backer was Morningside Venture. In addition to the funding, Reenie McCarthy of Morningside has been appointed to InCarda's board of directors.
