Motor City Industrial buys Quality Fastener
Motor City Industrial, which is backed by Kian Capital Partners and Oakland Standard Co, has acquired Oxford, Michigan-based Quality Fastener and Supply Co, a provider of industrial consumables and ancillary products. No financial terms were disclosed.
