Muinzer and South Street buys student housing portfolio for $33.5 mln
Muinzer and South Street Capital have acquired a 528-bed student housing portfolio next to Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. The price of the acquisition was for $33.5 million. The portfolio includes Waldron Square, Settlement and Cedarwood.
