Biopharmaceutical company NanoBio(R) Corporation has promoted David Peralta to chief executive officer. Peralta, who previously served as the company's chief operating and financial officer, replaces James R. Baker, Jr. M.D., who recently joined Merck & Co as the senior vice president, head global vaccine franchise.
