NEOS GeoSolutions Inc. closed a $60 million financing round. Energy Capital Group and Bill Gates became new investors in the Houston, Texas-based company that provides the onshore oil & gas and mining industries with information about where to explore, lease and drill. Existing investors – including Goldman Sachs, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Passport Capital – participated in the latest funding round.
