Neuralstem has appointed Sandford Drexel Smith to its board of directors. Smith is a managing director of Tullis Health Investors, a healthcare venture capital firm. Based in Rockville, Maryland, Neuralstem is a company whose technology enables the production of neural stem cells of the brain and spinal cord in commercial quantities.
