NeuroVigil said Friday it closed a second financing round led by Dr. Howard Morgan. Financial terms weren’t announced. Co-investors include space entrepreneur Elon Musk, venture capitalist Tim Draper and Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Zone Ventures. La Jolla, California-based NeuroVigil is responsible for the iBrain™ portable brain monitor.
