New Blackstone-backed company to acquire Reese Witherspoon's Hello Sunshine

A newly formed company run by entertainment executives Kevin Mayer and Tom Staggs and backed by Blackstone has agreed to make a majority investment in Hello Sunshine, a women-focused media company founded by actress Reese Witherspoon.
