NewQuest Capital Partners has acquired Integreon Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. LiveIt Investments Ltd and Actis were the sellers. New York-based Integreon provides legal, document, business and research support to law firms, corporate legal departments, corporate marketing and strategy groups.
