News Corp buys VC-backed Storyful for $25 mln
Global media company News Corp has acquired Storyful for approximately $25 million. Storyful CEO Mark Little and executive editor David Clinch will continue to lead the company’s operations while Rahul Chopra, senior vice president of video for News Corp, has joined Storyful as chief revenue officer. Based in Dublin, Ireland, Storyful is a social news agency. Its backers included SOS Ventures and ACT Ventures.
