Nexif Energy, a portfolio company of Denham Capital, has acquired a majority of Viet Hydro Pte Ltd. Financial terms weren’t announced. The deal gives Nexif a controlling stake in the 30 megawatt (MW) Coc San hydro power project in Vietnam. InfraCo Asia Development Pte is retaining its stake in Viet Hydro.
