NGD Systems lands $12.4 mln Series B
Irvine, California-based NGD Systems Inc, a provider of storage devices, has closed its Series B funding round at $12.4 million. Partech Ventures led the round with participation from Orange Digital Ventures, Alcor Micro and Benhamou Global Ventures. Also, NGD has secured $4 million credit facility from Silicon Valley Bank.
