NGP appoints Zlotky as general counsel

Natural resources-focused private equity firm NGP Energy Capital Management has hired Jeffrey A. Zlotky as general counsel. The appointment becomes effective immediately. Prior to joining NGP, Zlotky worked at Thompson & Knight LLP where he served as a partner in the firm's corporate and securities practice group.
