JBT Corp. said Friday that it has agreed to buy Stork Food & Dairy Systems B.V. for 47 million euros (US$51.18 mln) before customary post-closing adjustments. Nimbus is the seller. Amsterdam-based Stork Food develops, produces and supplies integrated aseptic processing / sterilization and filling systems to the beverage and food processing industries.
