nLight Adds $10.7 Million
nLight Corp., a Vancouver, Wash.-based maker of high-power semiconductor lasers, has raised $10.7 million in the first close of its fifth funding round. Return backers include Oak Investment Partners, Mohr Davidow Ventures and Menlo Ventures. The company previously raised over $105 million since 2000. www.nlight.net
