NMS exits ettain

NMS Capital has exited its investment in Charlotte, North Carolina-based ettain, a provider of information technology services to companies in need of temporary IT services and support. The exit was a result of the sale of ettain to Alvarez & Marsal Capital. No financial terms were disclosed.
