Nomorerack nets $40 mln in Series B funds

Nomorerack said Friday that it has raised $40 million in Series B funding. Oak Investment Partners and HTV Industries led the round. Also, the company has named Dan Harrington, CEO of HTV Industries, to its board of directors. Based in New York, Nomorerack is an online shopping site that provides in-demand goods at significant discounts.
