North Castle Fund VI raises $300 mln
North Castle Partners announced Aug 10 the final close of its sixth fund, which collected $300 million and was oversubscribed. Returning investors of North Castle Partners VI LP increased their commitments by about 25 percent. NCP VI has already made two investments: JTL Enterprises Inc and SLT Group LLC. North Castle, a Greenwich, Connecticut private equity firm, invests in consumer-driven product and service businesses that promote healthy, active, and sustainable living.
