Norwest Equity to sell Stanton Carpet to Quad-C Management

Norwest Equity Partners has agreed to sell Stanton Carpet Corp to Quad-C Management. Financial terms weren’t announced. Stanton, of Syosset, New York, designs and distributes branded carpet and custom rugs and runners. BB&T Capital Markets served as financial advisor to Norwest Equity Partners. Winston & Strawn LLP served as legal advisor to Stanton.
