Nova racks up $100 mln
Nova Sciences Holdings LLC has secured $100 million from Pamplona Capital Management and Ascent Venture Partners. Also, Nova has appointed Jim Barbookles as chairman of its board. Nova is a new platform that was formed to acquire and operate companies in the industrial instrumentation sector.
