Nowell joins PGIM

Howard Nowell has joined PGIM as managing director of the company’s institutional relationship group in London. PGIM is the investment management businesses of Prudential Financial Inc. Nowell was most recently a managing director with BlackRock’s institutional client business in the U.K.
