Oak Hill-backed EPIC to buy Frenkel & Co

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, a portfolio company of Oak Hill Capital Partners, has agreed to buy Frenkel & Co. Financial terms weren’t announced. Frenkel, of New York, is an independent insurance broker.
