Oak Hill Capital Partners has raised $2.1 billion to date for its Oak Hill Capital Partners IV, per a SEC filing. The New York-headquartered firm has set a $2 billion target and began fundraising in 2014. The SEC filing did not disclose whether the capital raise constituted a final or interim close.
Its previous fund raised $3.8 billion in 2009.
Investors that committed to Oak Hill Capital Partners IV include the Minnesota State Board of Investment.
The fund will target buyout opportunities in a diverse number of sectors in the United States.Â
