ObserveIT nabs $20 mln from Bain Capital Ventures
ObserveIT said Monday that it has closed $20 million from Bain Capital Ventures. The capital will be used for expansion, product development, sales and marketing. Based in New York City, ObserveIT is a provider of user activity recording and auditing software.
