Oklahoma Seed Capital Backs Expert TA

Oklahoma Seed Capital Fund II, which is managed by i2E Inc., has led a $400,000 round for Tulsa, Okla.-based Expert TA. Oklahoma Seed Capital put $227,000 into the round, which also included participation from undisclosed angel investors. Expert TA has developed a “partial-credit grading solution” for use by engineering, math and physics departments of universities.
